Because of all the glutes and core required! This baby really demands lots of control, stabilization, and power! 1. Lateral Step-Out Deadlift to Clean. 2. Drop-Step Front-Loaded MAX Lunge. 3. Down-Up Lunge 4. Repeat! I took this complex 5x right. Then rested until my heart rate dropped below 150 and went back the other way. Repeat for 3-4 rounds in total.
